"Given the chance, they want to learn
Given the chance, they will behave."
Children work to create the adult they will become. Although adults work to perfect their environment, children work to perfect themselves. So said Dr. Montessori, a physician and educator, who developed the Montessori method of education that aids children in this work.
Between the ages of 18 months and 3 years, your child's intelligence and social characteristics will be formed. This is also when your child is most receptive, curious and excited about exploring the world around him or her.
You will see the minute you walk into one our classrooms, the materials used to teach reading, writing, arithmetic, geography, science, music and social studies are all unique even to the Montessori classroom.
